Over-eruption of 16, 17 with roots exposed.

Both 16, 17 were touching the ridge of the lower jaw. The lower two implants had been placed on 46, 47 region as shown in Case 2.

Much granulation tissue still attached on the extracted teeth.

Two try-in implants were placed.
