Pre-operative view of the mandible with moderate bone resorption.

Depth gauge on the left and stepped drill on the right to view the location and the parallelism.

Two gingival formers were placed.

Multiple sutures were placed.

After the healing period of six months, gingival former were removed and the two implants were exposed.
